Bob Roseberry

Bob Roseberry has been in the financial world for over 40 years. He began his career as a banker in 1978 after his graduation for college. He then moved on to the securities and insurance markets in 1982 and opened his own practice with his business partner in 1984.

A major career accomplishment came in December of 1987 as Bob successfully implemented the first and only association spocsored 401(k) in the history of the United States through a special legislative act of Congress of every college football coach in the U.S., thus creating the American Football Coaches Retirement Trust (AFCRT). The legislation was signed into law by then President Ronald Reagan.

Bob sold that business in 1991 and founded Financial Guidance Partners, LLC., which specializes in small 401(k) plans as well as individual accounts. Recently, Bob created the educational firm, Employee Benefits Educational Services, LLC., specializing in fiduciary teachings to business owners who offer retirement programs along wih wellness education programs to their employees.

Bob is excited to be a part of the Peak Family and the Retirement Plan Services Group, and looks forward to working with our advisors nationwide, to help and teach them how to make easier introduction to business owners to reduce their fiduciary liabilities and educate their employees on financial wellness.
